What are Enquiry Forms?

Enquiry forms are a form that be used to gather information from the bride. These are fully customisable so you can ask any questions and gather any data you would like from your customers.

They can be used in different ways but some of the most common ways are:

1. Filled in by the bride after an appointment is booked

When the bride books an appointment either using the online booking system or by phoning up an appointment confirmation message is sent. You can add a link into this message so the bride can click the link which will allow them to then complete the enquiry form prior to attending their appointment.

You can make it mandatory for the enquiry form to be completed before the customer is able to confirm their appointment.

2. Filled in by the bride when they arrive for their appointment

If you have a tablet you could hand this to the bride when she arrives and is having a drink and look at the dresses and she could fill in the questions at this stage.

3. Filled in by yourself / a bridal consultant during or after the appointment

You may want to fill the enquiry form in when the bride arrives but instead of the bride filling it in as in option 2, you complete it yourself while completing your consultation. This can help to build rapport but does take time out of your appointment.

You also could fill the enquiry during / after the appointment but use it more as appointment notes for your own reference, for example writing down any observations you made in the appointment and you could use it to record what dresses were tried on and what your brides reaction was to these.
